What is Peppol?

And what new obligations does it impose on entrepreneurs?

Updated over a week ago

Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) is a European network designed for exchanging e-invoices and other business documents between companies and institutions.

It is based on the standardized UBL format (Universal Business Language), which defines how invoice data should be structured to allow for automatic processing and reading by accounting systems.

In practice, this means full digitalization of invoicing between businesses (B2B), with the ability to automatically send and read financial data — regardless of the country or accounting software used.

Peppol means new obligations for businesses

A spreadsheet or PDF invoice sent by email is not enough to use Peppol.
You need a tool that enables:

Tworzenie faktur
w formacie BIS 3.0/UBL.

Creating invoices in BIS 3.0/UBL format.

Bezpieczne przesyłanie faktur przez sieć Peppol.

Securely sending invoices via the Peppol network.

Zgodność z przepisami
i standardami cyfrowymi.

Compliance with legal and digital standards.
