As part of the invoicing digitalisation process, the eFaktura.nl application has undergone full integration with the Peppol network. This means that entrepreneurs operating in countries where the obligation is already in effect – such as Belgium – can use eFaktura.nl as a verified access point to the new standard.
Connection to the Peppol network is available to all paid users of the application at no additional cost.
How the integration with Peppol works?
The integration of eFaktura.nl with the Peppol network is based on a four-corner model:
The invoice issuer creates the document within the eFaktura.nl application.
eFaktura.nl sends the invoice in the appropriate format (XML/UBL) to the Peppol network.
The invoice is delivered to the recipient’s access point, which forwards it to their system.
The recipient receives the invoice directly in their system – with no manual data entry required.
The entire process is automated, fast, and fully compliant with European standards.
