What If the Client Is Not Connected to Peppol?

Unable to Send an Invoice via the Peppol Network to a Belgian Company

If the recipient of your invoice is not yet registered in the Peppol network, you will receive a notification in the application, and the only available delivery method will be email, with the invoice attached as PDF and XML files.

In this case, it's recommended to contact your client directly and inform them that e-invoicing will soon become mandatory.
